Report from TREE of LIFE Bible Camp planning meeting, Nov.5, 2006.

 

1. TREE of LIFE 2007 camp dates are June 17 - 23.

2. At Capitol Mountain.

3.  Prospective Counselors, Staff, Instructors, please let us know by return
e-mail about your interest,                         or possible availability
or inability to serve. Thanks

4. Calendar:

            All meetings at Good Shepherd, Livermore.

*	Gen. Membership Election meeting: March 11, 2:30pm. 

                  Suggestion: Plan now for your congregation to be
represented..

*	Final planning meeting, May 20, 2:30pm
*	Staff preparation meeting. June 3, 2:30pm

 

5.  Based on Capitol Mountain's charges and 2006 experience, 2007 fees will
be

            First camper in family $350.00   Second $235     Little lambs
$115

 

            We encourage each congregation to consider how it can help
subsidize part of the cost of camp for its             families.

 

6.  Other items discussed::

*	Location for senior overnighter.
*	Consult with Capitol Mtn re diet and meals.
*	Designation of skit night for parents.
*	Age appropriate Bible studies for each group.
*	New publicity.production.
